The product was shaped through an end-to-end loop: research, product definition, prototyping, implementation, testing, live event operation, and public record design. It had to work for real users under live conditions, not only as a polished concept.

Real-world impact
At the five-day AASA Cup 26, Rivon supported 305 player registrations, 11 live club pages, 25 matches, 92 goals, and 238 recorded events. The tournament reached 2,261 viewers across 10 countries, with 262 players signing up in the first 30 hours.
